Why so blue? This is a featured page

All that you have to do is look at a globe to see that the world is mostly colored blue: which stands for water. In fact, more than 2/3 of the earth is water. This means that we can never run out of water...right? Wrong, very wrong. 97% of that water is undrinkable sea water. Another 2% is contained in glaciers.
This gives us only 1% of the earth's water. And sadly, we're not using it very wisely. Whether it's keeping the water faucet on while brushing your teeth, or keeping your shower faucet running for hours, it all makes a difference. So please, leave your children and your children's children water to drink, by becoming WATER CONSERVATIONIST!!!
